Background on the lawsuit filed by Robert Hantm

Background on the lawsuit filed by Robert Hantman in 2011 --- representing a group in New York (M&A Advisors, LLC) in a lawsuit against William Lieberman and MMTE. This is the lawsuit Lieberman claimed was frivolous, and would have no material impact on MMTE shareholders regardless of how the court decided. In fact, Lieberman bragged to me that he was certain he would prevail in the suit, and that he would have Overcash and his friends thrown in jail if they pursued this lawsuit.
M & A Advisors, LLC and Dominic Martinez are both connected to Joe Overcash and Daniel Starczewski. Joe Overcash is the former CEO of MMTE and Daniel Starczewski used to be owed money from MMTE because of a debt Note he owned. After Lieberman took over MMTE he tried to cancel all of Overcash's preferred shares and also tried to cancel the debt Note due to Daniel Starczewski through Starczewski's company, Starr Consulting Inc. From the 2010 annual report filed on 4/15/11: Those shares convert at a 5000:1 ratio so Overcash lost 3,292,500,000 shares. Keep in mind, the shares owed to Overcash were supposed to be compensation for $40,000 he borrowed Lieberman/MMTE to get the company up and running again, after Overcash was removed as CEO and Lieberman was brought in.
M&A Advisors LLC lists Thomas Pierson's wife, Beatriz Pierson, as an officer, and Thomas Pierson used to be an officer of M&A Advisors LLC. Ashley and Dominic Martinez, Thomas Pierson, Daniel Starczewski, and Joe Overcash are all known associates. It is interesting that Izzy Goldreich is also named in the litigation with Lieberman and MMTE. Goldreich has a very shady past of his own. Goldreich has shown up in past lawsuits because of alleged fraud, and William Lieberman recently purchased property in Florida near Izzy Goldreich's home.
