poster: ALL charted data is City of Hope, 1 of 6 sites. So, my take on that is that its perhaps contractual. City did list this as their presentation. They are the Lead site. that also means its hard to say which of the 32 enrolled patients the data represents. Its likely not "the first 19". Rather its "the first 19 enrolled at City". just an odd thing. doesn't matter much. just pointing it out as it clouds the fun extrapolations a bit.
I think next month that the RECIST / ORR might once again be stated in general terms as a DCR. And regarding RECIST / ORR it isnt known whether the 13 had 1 scan or 2. but stating that RECIST data is available but not saying "ORR" anywhere might mean 1 scan is in the books, or it might mean JL is being conservative in how he characterizes early interim data. Both explanations fit well imo. so next month could also be a DCR rather than breaking it down into SD and ORR.
2 week scans for ctDNA on 19 (enrolled thru decmber?) would seem to indicate a data cutoff of mid january. but if its "19 from city of hope" then the cutoff might have been later. often when interim data is presented they state "as of the xyz cutoff date". i almost feel like the cutoff is noted somewhere and i'm just not seeing it. anyway, 32 enrolled at poster creation says to me that the poster was created late january (company previously stated 16 enrolled mid december, 23 early january).
assuming a comparable cutoff for next months data, which may not be the case, i would guess that ctDNA and PD-L1 data will be available for 30+ patients and for RECIST data perhaps 25 patients (enrolling 10+ per month). It would be nice to see data from half the total enrollment. and who knows how many will be 700mg, but certainly still a minority. next month could again be a combined 350/700 dataset rather than broken out. hoping its broken out. maybe with more 700 patients available they'll do that.
