I can offer a basic explanation. What is measured on the graph is the concentration of ctDNA (tumor particles) in the bloodstream. The bar on the far left reflects the starting point, so naturally the patients are all at 100% - reflecting their concentration at the start of the study. As the study progresses we see the bars shrinking, meaning the presence of ctDNA in patients' bloodstreams are shrinking as well. The percentage in the bars show how much of a decrease was measured. Because it's a study, the good results are promising but not definitive since it wasn't done in a clinical setting with tighter scrutiny, data compilation, etc. And there were only 19 patients, a small population. I didn't see a timeline to see how long the study lasted. Probably a few months. Hope that helps.
