this is the only cydy board not condoning spam. ALMOST. so close! great board, 1 constant black mark for so long.
but anyway stay on topic, yes i agree.
ONE DAY UNTIL DATA! how long since the last prospective data?? BIG DAY!
2.5 year turn around (or even 4+ year turn around - old ceo fired january 2022!). I would say the turn around can officially be considered complete by any metric with the interim data presentation tomorrow. i was VERY skeptical all of those 4 years and really since late 2020 and my position exit in january 2021.
and i stayed out of it until last May
the last prospective data was... MASH data? december 2021? NP to arman to JL to hiv to inflammation to the new list of 13 things (vs the old list of 13 things from one of those webcasts way back when!) to an accidental TNBC breakthru to the MSS-CRC trial...
and now ONE DAY AWAY from prospective data that will show, at a minimum, imo,
1) consistent PD-L1 elevation across the majority of high dose patients and
2) indications of initial tumor shrinkage, or actual initial tumor shrinkage, in the majority of high dose patients
that's a great place to start heading into the next conference and more in-depth data in another 45 days.
i'd love to be shown to have been too conservative in my AACR expectations. but like i said, "AT A MINIMUM". i believe that ORR data exists, but i'm doubting whether they are going to share that tomorrow. maybe they want to save it for ASCO.
