(NYSE American: BURU – the “Company”), a dual-use military and security platform focused on non-kinetic and directed energy technologies, electronic warfare, and software-orchestrated defense systems, today announced further acceleration of its joint venture with Maddox Defense Incorporated (“Maddox Defense”); the program now enters the production phase of its first Mobile Additive Manufacturing Container (MAMC) platform, designed to produce drones, mission-critical pods, and related defense components.
This important achievement marks the transition from infrastructure activation and system integration to a prototype development phase already supported by funding, with initial capital secured and structured financing to support the prototype's development and imminent commissioning.
The update builds on the Company's previously announced Phase I activation and ongoing operational activities in the United States, particularly in Houston, Texas.
The funded execution phase is moving towards the completion of the prototype
The Maddox JV program has secured initial capital to support execution and entered the next phase of operations, including procurement, systems integration, and container readiness.
Already funded for the current execution phase, the program has guaranteed initial capital and structured financing to support the transition to prototype completion, which will enable the following phases:
Assembly and validation of additive manufacturing systems;
Integration of energy, environmental and digital production infrastructures;
Completion of the containerized production unit;
Complete operational testing and deployment readiness.
The platform is designed to support the modular production of unmanned aerial systems (UAS), payload pods, and mission-critical components, enabling flexible deployment across a variety of military and security use cases.

Once refined, the MAMC prototype will be used for demos and evaluations by U.S. government agencies and allied partners to support procurement processes in a variety of military applications, such as:
