Here is something I noticed once the article the other day confirmed what happened.
Of the 7 who received ICI's. 5 who upreg still alive. 4 got tecentriq.
'At Least Two' and 'Up To' 4 who received tecentriq are still alive.
All 4 who did tencentriq took it concurrently with leron
No time delay waiting for upreg.
Does Leron/ICI combo eventually get administered simultaneously?
Why let PDL1 upreg at all?
Perhaps there is some advantage to going to work on Angiogenesis, CTC's and CAML and Macrophage Conversion etc
Also, if the regulators are so concerned about proving what drug contributed what.
Why include a VEGF inhibitor in the protocol?
