The DSMB looks at the data first to see if safety looks good, after 5 patients have done a cycle, and then they say 700 mg is a Go. Presumably they've said that, though it would be nice to know. The second look comes after 10 patients of each dosage have done a cycle, and the DSMB could, for example, say that we switch everyone to 700. We don't know when that happened, or will happen, because we don't know when patients were started on 700.
