What might happen when DSMB or IRB possibly sees some disparities in upreg between the 350mg and 700mg group.
Do they move everyone to 700mg?
Do they say "man, if only ICI was in the protocol these patients would qualify" . "Dang The Luck"
Or is it in fact decided (but not in the protocol) that the trial is advanced enough, that there are patients who have progressed in disease, and that anywhere outside this trial would be prescribed ICI.
I mean they are gonna to have a pretty good idea if patients are going to continue to deteriorate if the same treatment regimen is maintained.
-Assessment of the duration of response of leronlimab
-The time from the first documentation of response, either partial or complete, to the documentation of the objective tumor progression or until death due to any cause.
I think some patients are about to get ICI soon.
