Good catch twinter – it was just updated today. I like to see a comparison of the previous and latest revisions side-by-side. May not work well for small screens like iPhones but looks good on my desktop. The link below should show them side-by-side.

Here are some changes I noticed in addition to what you posted:
They have dropped the requirement that participants have CCR5+.
Pacific Hematology was shown as “active, not recruiting” on the previous update but is now shown as “completed”.
Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington DC has been added as a trial location.
Looks like they have loosened the requirements for participants. It now reads “………in patients with MSS, relapsed refractory, mCRC who have received and progressed, or are intolerant, of at least two prior standard of care treatment regimes, which may have included fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin….”
