Quote:Vitamin B3 in combination with LL for glioblastoma?
The main claim is the rise in Memory T-cells and Natural Killer cells. The study linked shows a modest 1% increase. Surely leronlimab is already doing much better than that. There is also a 1.5% decrease in non-classical monocytes. Leronlimab reduces non-classical monocytes through downregulation of TNF-a.
Unfortunately, they haven't published anything regarding the full 24 patients, but I expect B3 would add nothing to leronlimab's actions.
