https://finance.yahoo.com/news/electric-metal...00828.html
~ HIRU has agreed to buy EMUSF's wholly owned subsidiaries North American Silver Corporation and Centennial Mining, together with their respective assets located in Nye County, Nevada
~ Electric Metals sold the properties to raise money to help fund its core manganese projects.
~ The Corcoran Silver Project was the subject of an October 2020 NI 43-101 Inferred Mineral Resource estimate of 45.6 million silver-equivalent ounces (AgEq) with grades to 6,769 g/t Ag and 8.4 g/t Au.
~ The Belmont Silver Project is 15km south of Corcoran and was among the earliest and richest silver mining camps in the Tonopah district with an estimated average silver ore head-grade of 25oz/t (775g/t) Ag.
~ properties acquired are situated within a productive belt of current and past producing mines in the world’s #1 mining jurisdiction.
~ Multiple high-priority exploration targets that provide excellent growth potential.
~ The High Grades of near-surface silver and gold represent the potential for a very large deposit. Additional reserves are also indicated so the property has room for expansion also.
~ Near-surface mines are generally much less expensive to operate than underground mines, often 1.5 to 2 times cheaper.
~ Huge opportunity also to bring in a large joint-venture mining company to pay for most of or all of the mining expenses.
~ Fast-Tracking: Silver is on the US critical minerals list and HIRU will receive expedited permits hugely reducing the time, usually 2-3 times as fast, as it takes to bring a mine into operation!
~ Market Cap $20m ~ Undervalued compared to peers in the area.
~ With Silver on the US critical minerals list this opens the door to possible US government federal funding!
~ Silver is *Hot* and HIRU is in a World Class Nevada mining district friendly to mining companies!
