Hi everyone — Ken Mayer here, CEO of Electrome.
I'm writing because we recently executed a strategic partnership agreement with BIEL and will be putting out a joint press release this Tuesday, so wanted to provide you with advanced notice.
Electrome is a startup that has developed an advanced AI-driven platform designed to pioneer a new class of precision bioelectric therapeutics for pain, infection, and cancer.
Our mission is to bring the field that BIEL helped pioneer into mainstream medicine.
The partnership combines Electrome’s bioelectric therapy platform with BIEL’s FDA-cleared devices, establishing a scalable foundation for reimbursable care pathways (RPM/RTM) and distribution across retail, provider, and employer channels
Electrome’s near-term focus is pain management and post-surgical recovery, including an AI-enabled program for chronic pain (www.painkiller.care). Our broader 3-5 year pipeline includes indications such as concussion, stroke, dimension, Lyme disease, melanoma, and prostate health.
To enable BIEL shareholders to get in early on Electrome, we’ve set up a Delaware SPV (BIEL Shareholders LLC) so individual investors can participate alongside the broader Angel round.
Summary terms:
• Up to $500K total allocation
• Investment structured as a SAFE ($15M valuation cap; 20% discount)
• $5K minimum investment
• First-come, first-serve
• Target close: April 3, 2026
