we do know that MSS-CRC is likely getting on towards full enrollment. definitely half enrolled and i think they could be up to 50 now, based upon something - cytodyn's own enrollment updates and projections. not a hope, or a pump, but rather surmised from actual statements / documentation.
we don;t have that for gbm though. we know its coming. and we don;t know how far it has progressed already. perhaps dosing via the planned pilot HAS begun, but we really don;t have anything indicating that. the shareholder letter which will likely drop this week will tell us more.
we also know that dosing for alzheimer's seems to be imminent even though the timeline has slipped. JL has specifically stated "april" as being a likely start date for screening, so it seems reasonable to expect that will occur.
so we know mss-crc is well underway with human dosing. and we have a timeline in mind for alzheimer's screening, we also know that the tnbc initiatves are getting closer to the clinic. and, we know that gbm should have a pilot beginning this year, and or compassionate use gbm dosing. but nothing has been stated that indicates that gbm human dosing has begun yet... that's all i'm, saying. keeping real and accurate
PLENTY going on. PLENTY of very VERY consequential catalysts coming SOON. LOTS of reasons for the share price to reset upwards PERMANENTLY. i won;t get rich like the rest of you, but i could at least get out of debt and secure a nice buffer to get back on my feet.
we all want the same thing. i truly think its coming, DESPITE me being one of the most hated people ever on these boards and still being disliked by many simply for "keeping it real". but we're all generally on the same page and have the same expectations and will reap similar rewards soon.
i have been stating the opposite of that for years, for good reasons, and it worked out across those years as i had stated along the way. but the time has come. i was skeptical of Lalezari for a while. He has been solid. They literally needed a PI, not a CEO, running the show. He is very careful. He is also quietly assertive and has done a very good job. They fixed the legal stuff, the financial stuff is in order as much as it can be for a small biotech with a tough history. They are well underway clinically.
All that remains is prospective DATA. And that is coming in less than 30 days. There is always the chance its not quite what you hope for, but i personally expect excellent PD-L1 data. maybe not as good aas in tnbc, but still strong, more than enough. and ORR i think has a good chance of being very strong, but that's less certain - mss-crc is tough... but, the bar is SO low. the data doesn;t have to be all that strong anyway.
tnbc will be the best PERFORMANCE for leronlimab, but mss-crc will be more VALUABLE due to the lack of options for relapsed refractory patients currently and lack of solid candidates on the horizon. tnbc has some changes coming that will reduce the number of patients needing salvage type care.
and there are differences in the cancers. tnbc appears to have no "redundancies" amongst cytokines being co-opted by the cancer. mss-crc likely has redundancy. gbm absolutely has redundancy. that means that in tnbc leron can have a stronger effect and a longer lasting effect. mss-crc probably less than in tnbc. gbm less then in mss-crc.
but regardless, all that is needed is ONE solid prospective dataset from a properly designed trial. JL has said more than once on camera that cytodyn has spoken to all the ICI players that matter. the time has come. lol now i sound like mgk, god forbid. but it has. there can always be surprises, as we have all witnessed, but perhaps all that is about to be left behind.
i think they will have to run the full crc l trial. i also think its a great idea to do so. and i don;t think that matters regarding the share price. imo, this seems obvious i know, the share price should move, to some significant degree, upon either the first or second interim data releases for mss-crc. kinda depends on what they include. might need more than biomarker data, even though in this particular case the biomarker data is incredibly important and valuable. the wider investment community might not catch on to that.
