Ok, some clarification is in order. I am NOT claiming that the company has completed all the requirements for the OTCID designation nor that it has definitely been granted already. Take a deep breath, folks, exhale slowly; do this several times. On the link below, in the upper left corner, right below the date, is this - “OTCID”. I don’t know how, or when, it appeared there. It is possible there would be some consequences, perhaps legal in nature, to displaying “OTCID” if the company has not completed all the requirements. We don’t know what is happening behind the scenes. Still waters run deep.

We investors have been starved of verifiable information over the past two (2) years, at least, whilst at the same time been inundated w/ tidbits, clues, hints, FB posts, LinkedIn ‘likes’, interesting discoveries and all manner of connections. We have been told of an NDA by the CEO herself and she has confirmed it. Then, out of the blue, Electrome appeared on the scene. Is it all true? Some of it true? None of it true? Electrome has set a deadline of sorts by saying we (they?) are launching in 1st quarter 2026 which is a little over 2 weeks from now.
Let’s presume that deadline is accurate. After the Announcement, potential investors become interested. These potential investors go online, call up their brokers, only to discover they cannot buy shares in this blockbuster collaboration. The brokers tell them it is b/c of the Pink Limited status. How’s that gonna look? Right at the very time when interest is peaking, whales, foreign and domestic, are shut out, thereby seriously reducing the Market Cap (MC) b/c of these restrictions. MC is important for a variety of reasons.
