The difference between Anktiva and leronlimab is that Anktiva directly drives proliferation of killer T-cells by promotion of IL-15. That will increase inflammatory cytokines, unlike leronlimab. Which is almost certainly a part of the reason why in the basket trial you see 12% grade 3 or above adverse events and 8% of those being serious adverse events. I also have to wonder if there is an increase in immune checkpoints outside of PD-L1 which would necessitate multiple ICIs to be used.
