Of course not. PD-L1 is an IC (immune checkpoint). A drug like Keytruda that blocks PD-L1 activity or any other immune checkpoint is an ICI. Leronlimab itself acts like an ICI in regard to LAG3, CTLA4, TIM3 by downregulating them. There's also a good chance that it also downregulates p27 and p53 (wrongly indicated on the regulator list) which are both immune checkpoints.
