Time's trouble is nothing, I'm more concerned about Davids problems, they are the major ones. They could be fixed at a Price....Amazing what he's been able to do....

David has effectively created a "Corporate Hall of Mirrors" using three distinct legal identities. By jumping between these registrations, he hides his failures in one state while printing money (shares) in another.

Registration #1: The "Ghost" of Maryland (F07298094)

The Identity: Univec, Inc. (Maryland Foreign Branch).

The Status: FORFEITED (Since Nov 16, 2007).

This is the entity that holds the "history." He uses this registration to claim the company has been a "Specialty Pharma" for 29 years.

Under MD Code § 3-503, once this was forfeited, its powers became "null and void." Dalton ceased being a CEO and became a Liquidating Trustee. He has no legal power to sign contracts or bill under this entity, yet he uses it to validate the "debt" he claims to be owed him.

Registration #2: The "Active" Shield of Delaware (2670427)

Univec Conglomerate, Inc. (Delaware). The Status: Active (The "Mask" .

This is the registration he shows the Transfer Agent and the OTC Markets. Because Delaware is "Active," it creates the illusion of a healthy company.

This is a Paper Shell. He keeps the franchise taxes paid in Delaware solely to maintain a "printing press" for shares. He uses the Delaware status to bypass the fact that his actual business operations (in Maryland) are illegal and forfeited.
He changed the name to "Univec, Inc." on this file in 2021 specifically to match the ticker and hide the "Conglomerate" baggage.

Registration #3: The "Substitution" Shell (6437157)

Univec Inc. (Delaware - Incorporated May 26, 2017). The "New" Shell.

This is the most dangerous part of the game. He created a second Delaware corporation with the same name in 2017.

This allowed him to start a "clean" record that isn't tied to the 2008 Baltimore Judgment or the 2007 Maryland Forfeiture.

If a creditor comes for Registration #1, he points to #2.

If a regulator looks at #2, he uses #3 to sign new deals.

In all OTCM filings, he swore he has no subsidiaries. This means these three entities are technically "strangers" to each other. He is using the history of a dead company (#1) to pump the stock of a new shell (#3).

MD #F07298094 The "Legacy" & Pharmacy Claims DEAD. No legal right to operate or issue debt.

DE #2670427The "Ticker" & Share Printing MISMATCHED. Operates under a "Mask" name.

DE #6437157The "Escape Hatch" UNQUALIFIED. Not registered to do business in MD.

Claiming no subsidiaries, then #1, #2, and #3 are legally strangers. He cannot claim the "29-year history" of #1 for #3 without admitting they are related—which would then bring the $162k Baltimore Debt onto the books of the new shell.

Lot of investigators call this "Equity Farming." He uses the Delaware Active status to print shares, the Maryland Forfeited status to avoid taxes and judgments, and the Multiple Registrations to ensure that no single investigator can find the whole truth without looking at all three  simultaneously.
