These things are increasingly the reality of business warfare. Mining startups are the toughest they say so some aggressive entrepreneurs try it just to see if they can cap their careers-and successful entrepreneurs succeed only after an avg 6 tries-so as per last filings Bob probably hocked himself to his eyeballs to get a successful venture- forcing him to rely on others money or fundraising and then being selectively targeted by politically motivated entities targeting small pennies and profiting off a pps fall-also an increasing fact of business warfare

Many of the companies on these boards are dealing  w suits-there are many miners who cant find the ore despite air and ground based IP/surveys and drill holes etc-CWRN has found the ore-enough from just 1 of 5 known veins to ship a Panamax every month for possibly 40 plus years,estimates of up to 800k tons or more inventory worth scores of millions at sale prices.

So they are over the operational hump and in the process of cutting these other problems out 1 by 1- at least no longer a hedge fund (see 7-10-11's past posts) or other entity profiting off/shorting pps. CWRN complaint will be heard I believe June 7-need to disentangle from non working JV which should be officially done in June. They have 73 or more drill holes and lots of ore in a still very profitable industry,new mining permit for reg ore and hopefully permit for ca 125 k tons fertilizer to the USA and last we knew (bingos posts) trucking to Ensenada Cemex plant was paying much of mining overhead,plus a shipload-45k tons-of ore at port already which should be ready for a ship-which will no longer be encumbered by the JVA arrangement.

Hopefully they will proceed to uplist etc as per May 26, 2011 PR and having learned from these things get a regular procedure of shipping going unencumbered by previous cash flow problems and equipment acquisition requirements after the next ship starts a cash flow larger than the cement trucking.
