Having pondered a plethora of knowledgeable posts this week from several of our best posters (you know, the usual suspects) discussing the wonders of the LL MOA relative to CCR5 and ICIs, it may have dawned on me, scientifically challenged though I am, that perhaps LL doesn't just open the cold tumor portion of the cancer market to ICI drugs while also ameliorating killer T cell exhaustion and other good things, it actually enhances the efficacy of whichever ICI drug is used once the tumor becomes hot or even if the tumor was hot in the first place. -- so that, bear with me, Keytuda (or whichever ICI) suddenly becomes a better version of itself in the wake of LL use.
So even though a doctor treating a TNBC or CRC patient could prescribe any approved ICI after LL has turned a cold tumor hot or if the tumor was hot in the first place, wouldn't it be feasible for a BP with an ICI to get an approval for its better performing ICI in combo with its newly acquired LL, and thereby become the SOC for all patients fighting both of those hard to treat indications and many more? Accordingly, if LL makes every ICI better in both cold and hot tumor environments, and if LL would push any ICI to the top rung on the ICI ladder in treating both tumor environments, wouldn't that phenomena confer considerable Leverage on CYDY and attract ever more motivated bidders?
