Re class action lawsuit recovery: I spoke with a non attorney staff member of the Kessler Law Firm this morning. He confirmed that the hearing for the court to approve the settlement terms has not yet occurred and he wasn't sure if it has been scheduled yet. He also confirmed that the claim form and instructions for submitting claims have not yet been created because the proposed settlement terms could be modified by the court during the approval process. Consequently, I will be holding in abeyance any future inquiries to the Kessler firm pending an announcement from CYDY and/or Kessler that the court has approved binding and final settlement terms. At that time, I will contact Kessler again to insure that a receive a claim form with the pertinent instructions regarding proof of claim options.
I'm comfortable with the above approach. Obviously, others may prefer a more proactive or different way to perfect their claim. Since I am not authorized to provide legal advice regarding this matter, please contact the Kessler firm or CYDY with any questions this post may have prompted.
