I have the feeling that you see many things in the pharma world as if they are at least in part a reaction to the progress of Leronlimab. At the moment, I don't think this is true. What Pfizer does with its ViiV stake is almost surely NOT "clearing the path for the 700mg Revolution" (assuming that you are talking about 7oo mg dosage of Leronlimab).
Some months ago Jonas Sacha wrote me that progress in investigating the prevention of viral infections in pregnancy and early life, via increasing and prolonging Leronlimab levels, was basically dead.
Sacha wrote, "Lenacapavir, as wonderful as it is, has really put a stopper in all prevention work."
To me Lenacapavir is more responsible for vast shifts of corporate movement in the HIV sphere than anything else. I realize that treatment and prevention are different, but they are not disconnected. I think your confident use of the phrase "700mg Revolution" is at best premature. With oncology I think Leronlimab is on the brink of some important data, but Cytodyn is not devoting much energy at present to HIV, according to Dr. Jay. Why would he lie about it?
"The very architect who built their very pipeline," Max L., does not seem to be leading any revolution -- at least that the public can see -- at Cytodyn.
In general, even when you try to modulate your pleasantly-hopeful posts with words like "in my opinion," you still have a kind of branding where you use phrases you've made up like "the 700 mg Revolution" and "the Search Warrant" and "Universal Backbone" and "Molecular Sweep" and "the May 2026 Scorecard" as if they have some general currency (or we even understand what you mean).
What "leaked prospectus" are you talking about? I haven't seen it, and would like to.

We're asking you to explain what you mean and not pretend that imagined connections are concrete and indisputable. I for one, like you, expect vital and far-ranging results from just the PD-L1 and ctDNA readouts in the next few months. Looking forward.
