Let us review the actual competition for RFMK's CannaCig, shall we??! mmmm?! mmmm?!
Much talk about alleged market saturation and competition for these vaporizers I have heard lately. While it is true that there are a vast array of vaporizers out on the market, there are many many different kinds of vaporizers and one cannot compare apples to oranges. The claim has been made numerous times that the CannaCig will not make it because there is too much competition. However, one must compare like devices to each other and compare functionality and size and price and other factors. One cannot compare the CannaCig to say a Volcano vaporizer. The Volcano is a desktop device, the use and prices are completely seperate from the market for the CannaCig. This is akin to saying to the inventor of the straw with a spoon end that there are billions of straws out there and the product will never go anywhere because of all the competition, however this is nonsense because the straw with a spoon on the end of it (for slushies and other specialty drinks and shakes) has a niche and special functionality for the product so its success cannot be judged versus traditional straws out there because one cannot compare it to normal regular straws. The CannaCig has this specialty niche functionality as well as other factors. The main thesis here is that there is NO other PORTABLE vaporizer on the market which vapes MMJ oil and extracts (at the proper temps and in a NON-e-juice form) as well as being as sleek and having a small size which is in the "pen" category of vaporizer, and also which sells at a competitive price. The CannaCig has been thrown into the "Omicron" (generic Chinese ecig) category by many bashers online. This is simply not the truth. They argue that anyone can call up the Chinese parts manufacturers and get some generic ecig models like the Omicron shipped over with their own branding label on it, belittling everything RFMK has accomplished as if it is all just a scam to sell stock. This is just more nonsense. If it was so easy, those posters would already be well on their way to riches by starting up their own private MMJ ecig businesses with online webstores but instead they dream and rant about how easy it is online instead of believing in their own convictions and actually going out and doing it. Its easier said than done, and this is why the reality is that there are only a handful of pen-style portable ecig devices which can vape oil extracts. Now the interesting key to all of this is that if you watch all the youTube reviews and see the pricing of the various devices, for what the consumer gets, the CannaCig has the best offer and value! Its almost like getting TWO devices for the price of one. The other main point is that while only one or two of the devices can actually vape oil extracts for the user to vape MMJ, none of those devices are a slim pen like the CannaCig, they are all BULKY clumsy devices with push buttons and bad reviews talking of leakage and other usage complaints. The one device that is as slim as the CannaCig, does not even vape MMJ, it is restricted to some proprietary ejuice mixed with herbals that are not even MJ and it has terrible reviews. One can compare all of the sties and reviews for oneself but it is obvious that with the low pricing, sleek small design, ability to vape ANY MJ oil extract the user wishes in the CannaCig, the CannaCig is the clear winner and stands alone. There really is NOT any competition.
Besides, even without comparing apples to oranges in comparing the actual devices and pricing, the real key for shareholders here is that RFMK is the ONLY PUBLIC company out of all of these and any other MJ vaporizer product you can find on the market. RFMK is the only company an investor can invest in, all of the others are just private no-name corps who are probably just getting their first looks at the CannaCig and are probably having a little leakage of their own in their pants right now! Marketing is the other side of all of this desire to compare and define the competition. Just because some static website somewhere has a 360 area code number up on a web page to order the product does not mean any customers are landing on their website and calling up in droves to order the product. The CannaCig has Cheryl Shuman behind the product as well as a business and marketing plan which includes landing many brick and mortar dispensaries and stores to sell the product as well as an online webstore with an affiliate program for advertising and marketing. This will completely roll right over the "competition". The doubters and naysayers are relying on faulty assumptions and expectations because they have no creativity and cannot see the big picture. The are stuck in their lowly one-dimensional thinking and cannot see the potential for the CannaCig. As the company methodically accomplishes its goals bit by bit over time, and the product continues to sell to consumers and gets exposure, the bashers arguments become more and more feeble by the day. Now all they can spin now is more fear about how many more shares could potentially move into the O/S with how many pref shares were sold since end of Q1. Well, let us think about the fact that the company brought in hundreds of thousands of dollars for immediate operations back when those pref shares were issued. Let us confront the issue directly, when 8M pref shares were issued, the O/S was about 750M, since then the O/S has increased over the last three month up to 1B, so "it seems" those 8M pref shares have already been converted into about 240M common shares, so dilution appears to be over and done. What did we shareholders get for that? We have already discussed it here many times, a host of different positives fundamentally for the company, Cheryl Shuman onboard, sponsorship of the Cup events, massive CannaCig inventory, audit, opening of offices and workers to support online webstore, affiliations with distributors, etc, etc!!!! The doubters will finally see the light once Q3 and Q4 financials are seen by all to have vast revenues flowing into the company with high profit margins and a sky rocketing share price!!
