You’re now declaring conflicts “undeniable,” calling things “self-referral,” “shell structures,” and “organized financial fraud,” and even telling everyone what the Inspector General is supposedly doing and when receipts will be released. None of that has been confirmed by any regulator, court, or official body.
An NPI listing, shared addresses, overlapping roles, or related entities do not automatically equal illegal conduct. Those things exist all over healthcare, behavioral health, and nonprofit contracting. They become violations only if regulators determine they violate disclosure rules, fair-market-value standards, or fiduciary duties. That determination has not been made.
Saying something is a “textbook violation” doesn’t make it one. Only an audit finding, IRS determination, or enforcement action does. There has been no IRS ruling, no revocation, no IG report, no State’s Attorney filing. Zero.
