SGBP reminds me a lot of FMAR which was once selling for "nearly nothing". I think the key for both of these banks as well as a few more is that they never took the first cent of TARP money. They are also making some very strong moves north and should soon be profitable.
I run a very aggressive portfolio and rarely have much in the way of money laying around, right now only 1.70. I don't want to sell anything to get funds as I am proud of what my stocks are doing but I might just put a few hundred dollars into my account to see if I can grab 10,000 shares od SGBP. I believe this bank is going to make it!
