“Vibrio bacteria normally live in warm, salt or brackish waters along the Gulf of America and Atlantic coast,” said Public Health Commissioner Robbie Goldstein, MD, PhD. “. People with open wounds who spend time in the water, or those who consume contaminated shellfish, can develop an infection when the bacteria enter the body. Sometimes these infections can spread through the bloodstream and cause severe, even life-threatening illness.”
This began many years ago when vancomycin along with zinc and copper were being added to animal feed stocks. Dr. Bates who was an expert in large animal pharmacology published a medical opinion in 1969 warning that the practice of adding vancomycin, copper, and zinc to domesticated animal feed stocks would lead to drug resistant feed stocks.
The true downside is chlorine is no longer capable of destroying duo metallic ion bacteria, as it is chlorine resistant. The other down side is it can transmit the duo metallic ion feature laterally.
This means that every microbe in your gut can become chlorine resistant. The flesh eating bacteria can live in salt water for up to 17 days and freshwater indefinitely.
I am working on a proposal at this time to accomplish two things. First treat all waste water with ozone, as it is 100% effective in stopping chlorine resistant bacteria and 2,000 times faster and doesn't require any chlorine. Secondly I'm proposing an emergency release of Brilacidin as a matter of public health emergency.
If we lose the ocean we will become extinct.
You are more likely to die from this bacteria than a shark attack! Warning from Florida Health Department.
Okay Team Bril let's call some representatives.

Ozone treatment of drinking water has one draw back. Bromates must not be allowed to form. Simply exposing ozone treated water to UV will easily lower bromates to an EPA approved level.
Ozone treated water when exposed to UV creates hydrogen peroxide which quickly nullifies bromate production.
Hydrogen peroxide limits bromate formation by accelerating ozone decomposition and minimizing ozone exposure as well as reducing hypobromous acid which forms during bromate formation.
Sounds like a win win to me.
