I just read about the experimental drug "daraxonrasib," which is in late-stage trials and has won a fast-track review voucher from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The drug is designed to target multiple mutations in the RAS genes, which are common drivers of major cancers, including certain pancreatic, lung and colorectal cancers.
So my question:
Could you comment on how the MOA of daraxonrasib compares with Leronlimab? I didn't see the CCR5 axis mentioned anywhere, yet daraxonrasib is being tested on some of the same kind of cancers as us. The safety profile doesn't look pristine, but no deaths have been reported. Any thoughts?
