In the video, Milana D sounded like she was ready to get the Tnbc trial going! (Did anyone catch that)?
"But getting IRB approval takes time etc etc".
Cause I'm pretty sure she would like to get her patients enrolled.
If the typical time frame is 48 day upreg from baseline. Dr J mentioned a tnbc protocol of initial course of several weeks leron/chemo with immediate ICI for some of the patients. And delayed ici treatment for others .
Would this end up as basically a 60 day leron followed by ici vs some delay for others with a one year trial for each patient with follow up observation for a year?
I really want to put the pressure on potential partners by getting it going.
What i am waiting for now.
-The exact protocol for mcrc ici rollover and which/s ici (I've been looking around to see if anything pops up hinting it's complete)
-2 abstracts
- I would like to hear about our eind patient who should have reached 6 months minimum ici treatment.(hope she's progressing well!)
-The 20 patient dsmb 700mg approval
Will any of these likely be pr'd.
Maybe some maybe no others.

How quickly in a best case scenario could it get going.
