(5) months ago, were informed the new leadership "Lamont Ellis" was near ready..it isn't certain he will accomplish this title....... as of December 2025, no criminal charges or arrests have been publicly announced against Lamont Ellis or other top executives. However, the organization remains under intense scrutiny:

Most recently, on December 10, 2025, a Baltimore OIG report revealed that the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) paid $744,559 in undocumented overtime to staff provided by a contracted shelter vendor between 2022 and 2025.
While the vendor was not explicitly named in the headlines, TIME Organization is one of the city's largest providers for these specific shelter services and has been a primary focus of the OIG’s broader look into MOHS contracts.
Jan-17th-2025, we got a new Independent Director......"Michael Knight," who has a big conflict of interest problem.....he is employed by Lamont Ellis at Time Org. with a (2024) salary of $124,982.00, which exceeds the limit allowed that triggers the "Conflict of Interest"
