I dont know how everything will end up.
But we know for sure now after seeing the SABC poster
10 patients received 350mg
15 patients received 525mg
( but 5 of those 15 actually began at 350mg before increasing to 525mg). so we dont know how many 525mg courses they took etc maybe one, who knows.
3 patients received 700mg
16 of the 21 patients who didnt get ICI died within 9 months
The other 5 survived between 16 and 35 months
We dont have enough info to determine how many 700mg patients might last a year that are still in good enough health that an ici is still beneficial.
But these are the numbers
There is no telling what the FDA might do
But there is absolutely no reason to allow these patients to continue advancing in disease to prove again what the outcome is going to be if an ICI is not included.
If that ends up being the decision there is nothing that can be done about it
But I dont see them waiting a year to start ICI
But then I dont really know anything
