I believe the plaintiffs' lawyer is Bradley Keller of Byrnes, Keller Law Firm, in Seattle, 206 622 2000. I would expect that eligible shareholders will be contacted by that firm over the next several weeks regarding the procedure to opt in to the settlement ,but do not rely on the opinion of a long retired attorney. Contact the Byrnes, Keller with any questions you have.
