inho the float isn't large enough to adequately trade and increase investor interest and retention.
were most likely going to see some ratio of a forward split to make the stock more liquid to allow fluidity in the shares. locking up common shares is something I've never heard of. but preferred class shares are somewhat restricted from trading. but that depends on where the company stands in terms of operating.
