Kgem, don't misunderstand my thinking. The LESS government invovlment, the better we'll be in the long run. The staes may be the way to go about this. And we don't need to waste alot of time and money on the government. Maybe one trip to Washinton by Peter Meier and Frank Vanvranken for aday to call on a few representatives and maybe the EPA and let that do it. The Mayor of our city is my best friend and he has made 6 or 8 trips to Washington already. Sometimes you have to ask for something because they certainly aren't going to call on HIMR or NorthCal. We don't even have to ask for money, just help us make this an easier process with out so many rules and regulations to slow us down.
