And every time someone brings up the possibility of private operations or a pending merger, you immediately fall back to the same comfort zone: “Where’s the shareholder letter? Where’s the filing? Where’s the audited revenue?” You ask for things you already know Dalton has never done in advance. That means you get to feel correct by default, not because you know what’s happening, but because you know he hasn’t shown his hand yet.
There’s a difference between not knowing something and assuming nothing exists. Saying “there’s no filing, therefore nothing is happening” is not proof. It’s just your interpretation. You don’t know the internal plan any more than the rest of us do.
What I’m pointing out is simple. Dalton has spoken for years as if Univec already has patients, platforms, AI integration, and operating systems. If those aren’t inside the public shell, then logic says they exist privately. Ignoring that part and calling it “empty” doesn’t make it empty. It just means you’ve decided your view is the only possible one.
None of us work for the company. None of us have insider access. So it’s strange to see anyone speak in absolutes while the rest of us acknowledge that we’re all looking at the same limited information.
