In theory yes, but UNVC has $0 cash and practically $0 revenue.
They’ve never bought back or retired a single share in 20+ years, it looks as though in the filings small loans are used to keep up OTC fees.
Retiring shares is a fantasy until there’s actual money in the bank.
That’s why OTCQB + a real update is the only realistic move right now.
