Now that we can rule out DE 100%, I am assuming (as always that is all we can do here), that there is absolutely nothing holding Doc back. If he waited on DE all this time, he now has carte blanche to move forward. OTCQB, OTCQX. One forward looking PR to let us know what is coming in 2026.
