"Sixteen patients showed a drop in CAMLs/CTCs after initiating LRM while 12 showed an increase.
Anyone have any idea why the 12 showed an increase? Do you think Dr J and associates are investigating this?”

Probably because all of these patients’ data were from retrospective and varied studies which included various of combinations of expression, LRM/combo, and LRM alone.
In a prospective setting…a confirmation attempt of the validity of LRM/ICI, I believe your concerns aren’t the same apples as these oranges I offer you tonight. I hope you enjoy both this Fall. But only one makes a nice pie!
