Sorry , as I read again the questions and my answer ,
I have a correction , not sure I understood well before .....
Q..Mfglola,,,as far as the rollover protocol may work out , how they define
" disease progression "
My answer now .... when we see a high PD-L1 this is enough to add ICIs in normal situation .
We will like this protocol to be amended this way , and not wait to the end of 12 months of CRC trial to move patients with high PD-L1 to Rollover trial.
Are we to late by now , I don't know,,,
I really hope we not !!
