As it is right now ,
CRC trial is without ICIs , and trial is for 12 months.
Because of the new information , about 88% of patients developing elevated PD-L1 , and from those 100% who received ICI are improved or in sustain remission for about 5 years now. , they plan to do after the 12 months Rollover.
Why to wait 12 months ?? this is the question..
When you evaluate 28 patients in mTNBC , the one who didnt show elevation of PD-L1 , or they did , but not on ICIs , they all died ,
And many in the first year.
I hope KenChowder will post his work here again..
