Nightfood Holdings (OTCQB: NGTF) (“TechForce Robotics”) issued a shareholder letter outlining what management called one of the most pivotal quarters in the Company’s history, driven by two major hotel acquisitions and rapid progress across its robotics operations. The Company closed on the Victorville Holiday Inn in Victorville, Calif., which is being redeveloped into an AI Hospitality Innovation Hub for piloting robotics in housekeeping, food service, and guest management, along with the $52.8 million acquisition of the Rancho Mirage Hilton Garden Inn in Rancho Mirage, Calif., a flagship site for its Robotics-as-a-Service model. Together, the transactions resulted in $91.5 million in additional temporary equity, strengthened the balance sheet, and advanced the Company’s strategy of pairing real estate assets with proprietary robotics deployment to validate ROI, support future financing and uplisting objectives, and accelerate automation adoption across hospitality and adjacent sectors.
