I don't believe David gets much...if any counseling from (Donald Kerr Esq.) when making his social media posts, states in the filings he doesn't.
Since David states in OTC filings that "NO" social media accounts are used to communicate information to stakeholders. This explicitly tells shareholders don't look here for information, him using it, means a select group of his followers receive it, which is the definition of selective disclosure.
Clear Reg FD Violation.
SEC rules state that social media can be a compliant channel only if the company has adequately informed investors in advance about the specific accounts used.
The filing statement does the opposite.
