Agreed and Kelly together with others will exchange their convertible notes for shares at some point. This will have a dilutive affect but Electrome I believe could also purchase their notes even at a discounted price??? Just a thought about the financing mechanism involved in this new partnership! Revenues and licensing fees to Biel Corporation will increase the pps to .01 relatively quickly!
