I agree with lionwarrior...plus I've got a couple of points to add (below).
So please give it a rest gmoneypenny. You're told us way too many times that you think Steve is a liar.
The only thing he's posted on this board about the K is this:
"Its one of the larger things on our plate. Nothing has changed other then I am spending the week with our auditors working on the best K I have ever worked on."
No lie there.
He told the truth about the Punch TV deal.
He told the truth about the ClearVision deal (including the fact that the timing & PRs are completely in the hands of ClearVision).
He's given us updates about the upcoming meeting time / location changes.
He's said over & over that he & other insiders are not dumping shares...refuting lies from other people.
He has been upfront about adding to the share count to build the business, including things like bringing Punch TV into the fold.
In other words, he's been up front with us about every key issue thats come along.
He communicates with his stockholders more than any CEO I've ever encountered, yet you continually call him a liar.
Enough. You're welcome to your opinion, but we've heard it way too much. Show a bit of respect to the man who is constantly keeping us informed & potentially going to make us all a bunch of money.
