I don't understand how this post makes it sounds a

I don't understand how this post makes it sounds as if UNVC already has patients and they're keeping up with the needs via new technology. It doesn't say it will be a great tool to meet the needs as in future. So, I don't get how this post can be worded this way when UNVC technically isn't an operating business that I've seen. Please tell me what I'm missing. But, it does give me hope at least!
