Look like reality has you rightfully frustrated. Â Allinder only claim to "fame" is as a second rate paid (probably?) pump newsletter writer, with zero experience or qualifications at running a publicly traded company. Not that Fouch or Bonenberger were any better......
There will never be a Form 10 filed...or audited financials, mark my words.
