His post is vague, the Regulation (Fair Disclosure) was designed to prevent any allusion of material events from a vague post.
This is the reason I stated we should expect some type of Material Event filed.
If not in (4-10) days usually (4) days. Then the Regulation (FD) comes in play, if violated, it's considered selective disclosure, to give speculation in hopes of raising the PPS.
