That said, I don't think Steve is one.  I think he has plans and strategies.  I do think he sometimes confuses 'intends to happen' with 'is going to happen'.

For all the push from folks wanting more communication, I'd actually prefer if he was a little more vague - particularly when he doesn't have control of the entire process.  Every time he's given us information, his intentions have been good.  But the timing of things was not all under his control.  Thinking CC here.  And the K.
