No pharmacy will not.... and legally cannot..... p

Even if the PBM tries to operate under a DBA, subsidiary, or affiliate, the underlying corporation ( Health Resources Inc.) must be the licensed entity — and that license must be active in the state where the pharmacy is located.
Processor ID is essential for electronic claims processing. Extensive searches of public databases, NCPDP resources, and industry directories, state portals, no such ID is associated with HRI.
If the PBM is only registered in another state, but has zero in-state licenses, no legitimate pharmacy will fill or bill through it for insured patients.
Bottom Line: Lets say if HRI had licenses back 1990's and before, the license is legally dead now, because they weren't renewed annually, No renewals exists.
HRI is a corporation....I truly hope David has something else to bring into UNVC.
I also found this company,RX INSTITUTIONAL SERVICES, INC. formed in Delaware researching now, no association with HRI yet.
