I thought the tone and questioning in the interview was kinda odd and the interviewer awful.
So I started watching it again, ( I skipped through a little the first time) but caught this time that the video was made by the outfit that recruited him to CYDY. So they are a talent recruiting firm.
So it was more a promotional video than something to feature cydy.
