Will be more than glad to Pharaoh..Right now ..Other than $FNRC..I am obsessed with $YSYB too..NT 10 k was out recently..to be followed by 10 K soon ...They deal in anything to do with soybeans..there is going to be huge Compensation/settlement with the jixian government(Chinese government)..to the tune of at least $100 Million for dislocating a major factory of Yanglin Group ...and i am expecting revenues of at least another $100 million by the company's other factories in china..This stock used to trade @$5.50 some years back....and they used to be at this level when the soy bean market was in a bad shape..Now soy market is surging to a high..

Conservatively this is worth (if they get 100m in compensation) at least $3 per share
For the 3 months ended 9/30/2012 they had Operating expenses of $23.08 mil. Looking at previous periods they averaged about $50mil in operating expenses, so i'll use the higher number of $50mil to be conservative for expenses..
even if we use a lower number..... say($70mil in revenues.. then deduct $50 million operating expenses) = $20million Net income.. again being conservative on the PPS. Lets use Net Income of $20million - Zero Preferred Dividends divided by the number Common Shares Outstanding (30million) = $0.66
