Technical question:
Since Keytruda is an approved drug, why would it need to be included in our CRC trial protocol? When the PDL-1 level is raised to an acceptable level, it would seem appropriate for a physician to prescribe an ICI like Keytruda.
Isn't the purpose of the current clinical trial to prove that leronlimab accomplishes making a cold tumor hot?
